Services
Distribution
Once a product is registered, we import it, store it under Good Distribution Practice and deliver it to pharmacies and hospitals in all 19 governorates.
From the port to the pharmacy
Regulatory approval is only useful if the product reaches patients in good condition. Iraq's geography, climate and security conditions make that harder than it looks on a map.
We distribute from Baghdad and Erbil under Good Distribution Practice. Our Baghdad team covers central and southern Iraq, and our Erbil team covers the Kurdistan Region. Together they reach every governorate. We handle import and customs clearance, keep stock in temperature-controlled warehouses and deliver on planned routes, so you always know where your product is and what condition it is in.
Where your products go
Private pharmacies
A network of more than 7,000 pharmacies, reached directly and through over 4,000 wholesalers and drug stores, so retail products are available in every governorate.
Hospitals and clinics
Direct supply to public hospitals, specialist clinics and private hospitals, including the formularies served through Kimadia.
Cold chain
Validated storage and transport at 2 to 8 °C for biologics, vaccines and other temperature-sensitive products.
Secure transport
Tracked deliveries, insured stock and routes planned around local conditions, from the port of entry to the last pharmacy on the route.
Public sector tenders through Kimadia
A large share of Iraq's medicine budget is spent by the public sector through Kimadia, the State Company for Marketing Drugs and Medical Appliances, which supplies public hospitals and clinics through open tenders.
We prepare and submit tender documents on your behalf, negotiate supply contracts and make sure every delivery meets Kimadia's quality and scheduling requirements. A product must already be registered with the Ministry of Health to take part.
