Regulatory responsibility

We take full responsibility for your files with the MOH and the KMCA. Local knowledge of how each committee works prevents rejections and shortens the time to first sale.

A distribution network on day one

Registered products go straight into an existing network: Kimadia tenders, hospital formularies and more than 7,000 private pharmacies, with cold chain where needed.

Commercial intelligence

Pricing strategy, competitor analysis and demand forecasts for your therapeutic area, so decisions at headquarters are based on what is happening in Iraq.

How we start working together

Every new partnership follows the same four phases, so both sides know what happens next and who is responsible.

    Portfolio assessment

    We review your dossiers and assess demand for each product, then recommend where to start.

    Agreement

    We agree the agency terms, pricing strategy and responsibilities, and legalise the agency agreement.

    Registration

    Parallel submissions to the MOH in Baghdad and the KMCA in Erbil, with every query managed by us.

  4. 4

    Launch

    Import, cold-chain distribution and activation of our medical and sales representatives.
